Is there a deadline for returns?
You may return all items purchased in the Styleislam® Online Shop within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please include the return label which is downloadable free of charge on our website.
Please note that only purchases in their original condition can be accepted. These conditions also apply for discount items.
When will I be refunded the price I paid for my items?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 5 working days of our receiving your return. If you choose paying by means of a credit card or with the help of PayPal, the price you paid for your items will be transferred to the respective account.
Prepayment Purchase:
The refund in the same form of payment will be transferred to your bank account. Please provide the necessary bank data in the return label (account holder, account number, sort code).
